About
Currently (2011-2012) I am a Visiting Scholar at Cornell University (Institute for European Studies)where I conduct research project on organizational consultants and anthropology.
My current research focuses on issues of performance, emotions and transnational connections in business.
My home institution is Kozminski University. As an Assistant Professor I work at Chair of International Management I am also affiliated with Center for Research on Organizations and Workplaces at Kozminski University (http://crow.kozminski.edu.pl )
My scholarly interests embrace issues of broadly defined organizational culture. Doctoral dissertation entitled "Reception of North American Entrepreneurial Patterns under Polish Social and Cultural Conditions. The Case of Direct Selling Organisations". The research project was funded by a grant from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. I conducted my ethnographic research in Belarus, Russian Federation (Western Siberia) and in Poland.
